Dealing with @Xfinity website is a nightmare. Trying to change your plan is a never ending loop to nowhere. This includes if you want to upgrade! Fix your site already.

@Xfinity @CodyWentland Your service keeps going up and down in 46268. The hotspot on my mobile is more reliable at this point. Constant drops all the time. Middle of the day no warning. I haven't been able to use your internet for anything for over a day now. It just keeps going up and down.

@comcastcares our HOA has been trying to get Comcast to come out and fix the cover to our cable connections and Comcast refuses to come out to our entire development to fix them. Our cables are all exposed and could easily be cut. We all work from home and depend on our service.

@LGio27 @Xfinity @comcast Buy your own modem and router dont use their ****. You'll get better signals and no interruption in service. I dont atleast.

@SportsRV I liked it but the internet options in my area are pricey. Comcast or streaming service were basically the same price so stuck with Comcast. Once I found out you could stream Comcast through a roku, it saved me like 85 bucks a month because I had 4 cable boxes and reduced to 1

At this point I'm just done with @Xfinity @Comcast @comcastcares . Comcast doesn't care. They're service in my are has been awful all year. I'm finding alternatives ASAP. Anyone know a good ISP in 46268 that can provide reliable speeds over 100mbps? Oh wait regional monopolies.

@EarlGreyTea68 @geeoharee I don't know if this would help, but: my mom has the fancy Xfinity you can talk into it remote, and we also have an RCA universal that will only mute/unmute and do volume. Maybe you could get an ineffective remote she could use to not do much?
