Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia and Grace O’Malley confirmed they are not ending their podcast or friendship.
LaPaglia and O’Malley currently host the podcast Plan Bri Uncut together, where they “banter about all things that matter: relationships, friends, work, mental health and of course having fun.”
Rumors especially circulated about the podcast ending when a TikTok of LaPaglia circulated online, where she briefly mentioned that she thought about “bringing back a solo episode [or podcast]” called “Thera-Bri” featuring herself without O’Malley.
“I love what me and Grace do, but I also miss having in-depth conversations about things I care about,” LaPaglia said. “I feel like this has turned into a fun and silly pod, which is so fun and the highlight of my week. I feel like I’m missing that fulfilling feeling of helping you guys… and having real conversations with you.”

Brianna Chickenfry Laughs Off Haters Criticizing Her Romance with Zach Bryan: I'm 'Eating It Up' (Exclusive)
LaPaglia clarified her comments on the May 29 episode of the BFF’s podcast and noted “she’s bringing back” the idea. “Plan Bri started out as a solo thing,” the co-host said. “I was just going to do a solo-like episode but everyone was like ’ You and Grace are breaking up.’ ”
“Nothing would change, there would just be more content from the both of us. Me and Grace are best friends forever," she continued.
PEOPLE reached out to representatives for LaPaglia and O'Malley for comment, but they did not immediately respond.
LaPaglia and O’Malley both shared an update on their friendship on the latest episode of Plan Bri Uncut on May 30 and talked about how they “haven’t been seeing eye to eye” over the last six or seven months. “Things have been changing between the both of us and we weren't fully communicating how we felt to each other," O'Malley noted.

“Me and Grace were so attached at the hip, always doing the same thing since we lived in New York,” LaPaglia said. “We moved in together then we started working together immediately and we had the same friend group.”
After breaking up with her ex and distancing herself from that friend group, LaPaglia realized she “didn’t really like the New York life anymore” and that “we have different interests.”
“We were growing up wanting different things, as people do," she continued. "Instead of talking about it, we just never talked, so we had this built-up resentment where I felt like I couldn't say anything to Grace about what I wanted to do without her getting mad and she felt like I wasn't talking to her anymore but it was because I was scared to.”
O’Malley also chimed in saying that “I think things got lost in translation where I was big-time bumming, which turned into me looking like an a—---.”
“I hate that we owe it to you guys because it’s our personal lives, but at the same time, we signed up for this," O'Malley said.
Both O’Malley and LaPaglia called out the rumors about the rift between them, calling it “weird.”
"It’s “f—-- that [people] tried to pin us against each other,” O’Malley said. “Even if you were on my team with this s—, you’re still causing a divide because there was no teams, it was just us having a hard time.”
“We’re separate people and when I see Grace doing anything, I support everything that she does,” LaPaglia said. “Grace isn’t mad or angry if I want to do something myself, she’s like ‘Do that.’ ”
In the end, both co-hosts agreed that this was “a very rare case” for their friendship and wanted to clear the air for fans to show that “friends [can] have hard times.”
